My husband and son love the movie so I thought I’d buy them the game. It’s much harder than I thought it would be. I myself have never played it (they hog the xbox 360 all the time) but my husband said it’s too hard for even him to play. He’s read the directions but still can’t play it well. For us it doesn’t meet our expectations but it might meet or even exceed the next persons.

The game seemed cool…until the second chapter. I always get irritated when game-makers create characters and situations so difficult to control that it’s nearly impossible to complete a task. Challenging players is fine; frustrating them is not.

Theres only one thing wrong with it, it doesn’t really have a storyline like all the other tony hawk games. The point of the game is to rank up all the way to the top eight and you start out at like 180 so yeah. Just complete objectives and get to the rank. Besides the storyline, thats the only con.

Before i played this game i had high hopes, i’ve played the tony hawk games growing up and i figured that this one be as good as the others. Well it’s not, it’s just a worthless excuse of a game. They someone took the controls that they’ve been using for years and made them bad. Also the game keeps trying to be humorous but it’s just not, all the jokes are just terrible. The only good part of this game is the system where you get to use the left and right control sticks to move you’re feet to do a trick. But you can just play the next Tony hawk game Proving Ground. It’s actually a good game and includes the trick thing. So if you don’t want to get pissed at the world then don’t play this game

They need to do some changes with these games. It’s all been a button mashing balancing act. Something like Skate broke new boundaries with skating video games. This game proves to be best when at a drinking party.

this is fun and well worth the price that its going for right now, just as good as the last few games but not the best. one of the cool features is called nail the trick. It goes into slo mo and you can control the way the board spins with the dual sticks. Other than nail the trick the game is essentially the same as the others, so if you like TH then get this, personally im going to be enhoying skate for its new technology. either way i recommend this game!
